Preliminary Meeting

Our Sales Consultant will meet with you to understand your needs and requirements for the proposed build. We will discuss whether you prefer an Ex-Factory or Full Contract build, and if you want to work with one of our standard plans or have a custom plan of your own. We'll also gather information about your site location, the timeframe for having the home sited, and your budget for the build.

Concept Drawings

If you have a wish list of features, our experienced draughtsman will incorporate these into your design. Our designs can be tailored to suit your lifestyle and budget, ensuring your home meets your needs. Please note that our Concept Drawings do not include full on-site design for a Development Committee.

Quote

Once the Concept Drawings are completed, we will proceed with costing the build. Within 2-3 weeks, you will receive a full, fixed-price quotation for the build Ex-factory. Any on-site works will be quoted separately to ensure transparency and accuracy in pricing.

Contract

Upon acceptance of the pricing, we will prepare an Ex-Factory or Full Build contract. After you sign the contract, a deposit invoice will be issued. Working drawings will commence as soon as the deposit is paid, allowing us to move forward with the project efficiently.

Consent

Working drawings will be submitted to the Council for building consent. If necessary, we will arrange for an engineer to conduct any required structural, drainage, or geo-tech reports. The Council requires 20 working days to process the working drawings, during which we will keep you updated.

Construction

With permits confirmed, we will set the building start and delivery dates. An experienced Project Manager will be assigned to your project and will liaise with you throughout the entire build process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to your satisfaction.

Build Completion

After the build is complete, we will organize an inspection and sign-off to ensure everything meets our high standards and your expectations. Final payment will be required according to the contractual agreement, marking the completion of the project.

Build to Site

The building will be sited and all services connected. If contracted for a 'Full Build', our onsite crew will complete any additional work such as decks, baseboards, and carports, ensuring your new home is move-in ready and meets all your needs.
